We ship to the all European countries that permit Cannabinoids. These include Czech Republic, Slovakia, The Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, Romania, France, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden Republic of Ireland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Albania, Macedonia, Ukraine and Norway.

Yes, we provide samples for a small fee so that you can test the products first before using them.

As soon as we have received your payment on our bank account, we will arrange the shipment of your products. We send all our orders using tracked parcel shipping for peace of mind. It usally takes 3 to 7 days for you to receive your products. Our warehouse is based in the Netherlands, and so delivery time will depend on where you are based. Due to disruptions to logistics providers, we cannot guarantee delivery times. For questions you can contact us by e-mail.

You can check the status of your order at any time. Tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

If you decide to purchase Cannablast products, you are drawing your own opinions as to any additional benefits or uses these products may provide.

We accept full refunds for products that are returned unopened and shipped back to us at your own cost within 28 days of purchase. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In accordance with the type of products we sell, we cannot returns based on the products not producing the desired effect. Your acceptance of the terms when purchasing means you agree and understand this.

Please don’t hesitate to speak to a member of our customer care team for support in using your products. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Before returning any product, please email info@cannablast.eu and wait for confirmation prior to sending the shipment. Please include a copy of your order confirmation and/or invoice with your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, then the amount will be automatically refunded to your bank account
